Saucier Creations can provide a wide variety of services. Small dinner parties, intimate romantic dinners, buffets for up to 100 guests. Personal chef services are also available. The menu will be catered to what fits for your particular event. Special diets such as low fat, low carbohydrate and low cholesterol can all be customized for you by your personal chef. The food preparation can be done in your home or delivered fully prepared and ready to be served. Take the guesswork out of preparing gourmet meals for your guests...all in the convenience of your own kitchen or venue of your choice.
In the comfort of your home or in any location of your choice, I will conduct the initial assessment of your catering or personal chef needs. Together we will create tailor made meals to fit your specific requirements. In our meeting we will discuss your food likes and dislikes, along with any allergy requirements you or your guests may have. If you are inquiring about personal chef services we will discuss the types of meals that you will require and how often you would like the service provided. After a survey of your kitchen layout we will outline the amount of refrigerator/freezer space needed and what kind of storage containers you would prefer to use. If a catering service is needed we will discuss the type of event you would like, for example; Hors d`oeuvres , buffets, or plated dinners.
After understanding your tastes, wants, and needs I will create a customized menu from which you can select entrees and side dishes. We will then set a cooking date for your personal-chef service or catering event.
Shopping for the freshest ingredients and arriving at your home with all the culinary tools needed. Preparing your entrees and side dishes, package, label, and store them for your convenience and leave them with detailed heating instructions.
I will prepare the items you have chosen and be present throughout the entire event to replenish food. I will also provide clean-up after your event is over.
Cash and checks are accepted. 50% deposit is due upon booking the event and the balance is due on the event date.
