Hungarian
$20 Per Person (10 guest minimum)
The Hungarian cuisine is influenced the history of the Magyar People. The importance of livestock and the nomadic lifestyle of the Magyar People is apparent in the prominence of meat in Hungarian food and may be reflected in traditional meat dishes cooked over the fire like goulash.

Appetizer:

Main Course:
- Goulash (Beef or Chicken): A slightly spicy stew made with several spices including cayenne pepper and paprika.
- Chicken Paprikash: Called Csirkepaprik´s (a stew with a lot of sweet paprika, cream or sour cream).
- Stuffed Cabbage: Ground meat, rice and spices are used for the filling.
Salad or soup included
Side:
- Tarhonya: A kind of large Hungarian "couscous", big pasta grain, served as a side dish.
- Rizi- Bizi: Hungarian risotto, white rice mixed with green peas, served as a side dish.
- Grilled Seasonal Vegetables: A myriad of herbed seasoned vegetables grilled to perfection.
Desert:
- Dobas Torta: Sponge Cake layered with chocolate paste and glazed with caramel and nuts.
- Ringo Jancsi: Cube-shaped sponge cake with dark chocolate glaze.
Cajun
$15 Per Person (10 guest minimum)
The cuisine of the Southern United States is defined as the regional culinary form of states generally south of the Mason-Dixon Line, and extending west to Texas. Often spicy and full of many flavors you can go into any home within this region and find a pot of any of the dishes below simmering.

Main Course:
- Red Beans and Rice: A spicy stew of kidney beans and smoked sausage served over rice.
- Jambalaya: (Chicken or Sausage): Rice, your choice of meat and vegetables served with rice.
- Gumbo: A stew of vegetables, okra and traditional southern spices slow cooked to perfection served with white rice.
Soup or salad included
Sides:
- Black eyed peas: Stewed with smoked ham hocks.
- Cheese Grits: Stone ground corn and a mixture of melted cheeses.
- Grilled Seasonal Vegetables: A myriad of herbed seasoned vegetables grilled to perfection.

- Bourbon Bread Pudding: Sweet bread pudding served with raisins and a bourbon butter sauce.
- Banana Pudding: Sliced bananas and vanilla pudding served over Nilla Wafers, a staple in any southern kitchen.
Italian
$15 per person (10 guest minimum)
As a national cuisine known today has evolved through centuries of social and political changes, with its roots traced back to 4th century BC. Significant change occurred with discovery of the New World which helped shape much of what is known as Italian cuisine today.

Appetizer:
- Antipasto: Layers of traditional meats and cheeses served with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs.
- Bruschetta: A mixture of roasted red pepper, garlic and tomato served with warm toasted bread.
- Cheese and Marinara: Homemade Marinara with a fresh herbed feta, cream cheese spread. Served with hot Italian Bread.
Main Course:
- Spaghetti alla Puttanesca: A spicy, tangy and somewhat salty Italian pasta dish olives, capers and tomatoes.
- Spaghetti Bolognaise: Meat and vegetable based ragu.
Soup or salad included
Sides:
- Fried Polenta: Fried slices of yellow and white cornmeal.
- Assorted Italian breads and cream spreads.
- Grilled Seasonal Vegetables: A myriad of herbed seasoned vegetables grilled to perfection.
Desert:
- Tiramisu: Lady fingers dipped in espresso or strong coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of mascarpone, and sugar, and topped with cocoa.

New American Cuisine
$25 per person (10 person minimum)
Contemporary cooking served primarily in restaurants in the United States. Combining flavors from America's melting pot with traditional techniques, New American cuisine includes ethnic twists on old standbys, Old World peasant dishes made from luxury American ingredients.

- Seafood Martini: Shrimp, crab meat, redfish, tequila, lime juice Tabasco.
- Calamari: Cornmeal crusted rings, chipotle aioli.
Main Course:
- Angel Hair Shrimp: Grilled shrimp, mascarpone cream sauce, basil.
- Salmon: Citrus herb marinated and grilled to perfection.

Side:
- Baked Macaroni and Cheese: 4 fresh cheeses blended throughout the macaroni and baked with a crunchy topping.
